How do the meals stay fresh?
Our refrigerated lockers are individually temperature-controlled to keep your meals fresh.
Your meals will stay fresh and tasty in the fridge for 5+ days after pickup.
We use MAP packaging to gain a couple extra days of shelf life without the need for any artificial preservatives.
If you don’t eat a meal before the expiration date, you can freeze them for up to 3 months.
Is there any cooking involved?
No cooking required! Our chefs already did that for you. All you’ll need to do is a quick re-heat.
Options include:
Microwave for 1-3 minutes
Oven: 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until you reach an internal temp of 165
(please use an oven safe dish)
How do I pay for my meals?
You can pay directly on this site, from your phone or computer. We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
How/where do I pick up my meals?
After checkout, you will receive your personal locker code on the order confirmation page, and via SMS and email. This code is unique to you, ensuring safe access to your meals.
Lockers are located in the main lobby, near the entrance of your selected Club Fitness location.
To access your meals, enter your code on the keypad at the locker station, and your locker(s) will open automatically.
If you purchased more than one meal bundle, each of your bundles will be in a separate locker, all accessible with your single code.

How many people does a meal feed?
Each individual meal feeds one person.
Our macro combos feed 1-2 people. Our Prime Proteins are two 4-5 oz. protein portions and Signature Sides are two servings of vegetable or carbs.
How often does the menu change?
Our site will feature new menu items daily and weekly.
Can I recycle my packaging materials?
Our meal containers are BPA-free and recyclable.
Is this a subscription?
No! No subscription is required to purchase meals from our lockers.
